TERMS & CONDITIONS: SUPPLY OF GOODS & SERVICES

  1. All work shall be performed in accordance with Approved Document J: Combustion appliances and fuel storage systems.
  2. Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd shall supply the goods and services as per the Customer’s approved quotation.
  3. The Customer agrees that once the quotation has been accepted, Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd will supply the goods and installation will commence on an agreed date by both parties.
  4. Once installation of goods has commenced, the Customer is liable for payment of these goods i.e., Flue Liners, Stoves, Hearths, Chamber boards etc. 
  1. Flue Liners: Once packaging has been unboxed, installed and a smoke test has been performed by Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd, the goods cannot be returned in the event of the Customer changing their mind.
  2. Stoves: Once packaging has been unboxed, installed and a smoke test has been performed by Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd, the goods cannot be returned in the event of the Customer changing their mind.
  3. Hearths: Due to these goods being supplied with custom measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. The Customer is responsible for providing Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd with access to the working area.
  2. The Customer agrees to make full payment of the invoice upon receipt of the project's completion by Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd.
  3. Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd shall perform all heating supply / minor construction work in a professional and quality manner. However, Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd offers no warranty for any fixtures or other materials installed during the project. If a defect in workmanship is discovered, Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd will remedy such defect at their sole expense.
  4. Shropshire Heating Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for loss or damage beyond their reasonable control and shall not be liable for damages beyond the total price paid by the Customer for the supply / installation work detailed in the approved quotation.
  5. The Customer agrees to remove or otherwise protect any personal belongings inside and near the working area.
  6. The Customer acknowledges that work delays are possible should the required materials or fixtures not be immediately available.
